It's so good we can't even keep a full jar around long enough to take a picture.  All of our salsas are made right here at Willmon Farm. We make them in small batches of 50 to 100 pints and quarts at a time. NO ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES...ALL NATURAL

Just Right Salsa - Mild to medium
Chipolte Salsa - Charbroiled, blackened tomatoes and peppers -Mild to medium

Baby Romaine lettuce, as well as other varieties of "tender" loose leaf; Herb salad greens ; mustard greens; spinach
July brings watermelons from Hempstead Texas and sweet large cantaloupe.
The majority of these vegetables are grown right here on Willmon Farm or from nearby local farmers.
